Check-in and check-out were very smooth, thanks to Ms. Adele's kind and prompt assistance. She efficiently coordinated the booking of several rooms and suites for our entire family, making our stay next to each other very convenient. Additionally, Ms. Adele was very welcoming and friendly. All staff members, including security, porters, and restaurant personnel, were helpful and courteous. Thank you once again!

I have stayed at many hotels in Kuwait City and this is by far my favorite. The staff are exceptional and go the extra mile to ensure the guest is taken care of. The food is excellent and the pool, sauna, steam room, and gym exactly what I needed. The rooms were big, comfortable, and well appointed. I will definitely stay here again.

I like the Millennium, its not my first time, the rooms are clean, the staff is super friendly from the driver who picked us up to the room service staff, the location is perfect and near to every thing.. big like and big thanks to the hotel team
