The staff at Millennium truly made my stay unforgettable. From the moment I made my booking, Ms. Adele's warm and welcoming communication set the tone for a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, the front desk team greeted me with genuine smiles and a readiness to assist. They took the time to explain the hotel’s amenities and even recommended local attractions and dining spots, enhancing my trip in ways I hadn't expected. The housekeeping team also deserves special mention for their impeccable service—they were not only efficient but also respectful of my privacy, ensuring my room was always spotless. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and I truly felt valued as a guest.

The hotel itself enjoys a wonderful location. Staff are extremely professional and go the extra mile to ensure that everything meets the customer's needs. This is true of the reception staff and room service, as well as the restaurant team. I had to check out early so needed a special breakfast package which was wholesome and delivered to my room promptly at 06.15 as requested. I nearly overslept as the bed was SUPER comfy but they provided the agreed wake up calls. I travel to Kuwait often and after an initial appalling experience at a competitor hotel, will never stay anywhere else. Have recommended to friends and colleagues. Excellent standards all round !

Service & staff are exceptional. Reaching out to me 1 day before checking to see if I need any support, providing transportation service to & from the airport, this was the best customer experience i have ever seen

this is my third time staying in the same hotel. I have visited Kuwait too many times, but I have never had the same experience staying in a hotel like a millennium; it always feels like staying at home. The customer service is amazing and very friendly as they never say no! They help as much as they can with a smile on their face. you call customer service and you hear them knocking on your door in less than 5 minutes! (what is better than that). the breakfast is good but can be better for the type of hotel, the restaurant is okay for its size and the live cooking station is amazing and well-known for its omelet.

The complimentary airport pick up and drop off service is excellent and the pre and post arrival WhatsApp by Ms. Adele ensuring safe hotel arrival and departure is just superb.
