This is true of the reception staff and room service, as well as the restaurant team. I had to check out early so needed a special breakfast package which was wholesome and delivered to my room promptly at 06.15 as requested. I nearly overslept as the bed was SUPER comfy but they provided the agreed wake up calls. I travel to Kuwait often and after an initial appalling experience at a competitor hotel, will never stay anywhere else. Have recommended to friends and colleagues. Excellent standards all round !

The customer service is amazing and very friendly as they never say no! They help as much as they can with a smile on their face. you call customer service and you hear them knocking on your door in less than 5 minutes! (what is better than that). the breakfast is good but can be better for the type of hotel, the restaurant is okay for its size and the live cooking station is amazing and well-known for its omelet.
